Washington State

We're back in Washinton state - having arrived in Vancouver on May 5th. We attended a Buzzin Bees square dance with a friend who lives in the Vancouver area. Next we headed to McChord AFB and spent a couple of days. Bob's grandson's wife had us over for dinner. We also had lunch with friends, Paul and Carol. After lunch Paul took us up for a ride in a Cessna 4 seater airplane.

Next we headed to Everett for our annual physicals. We spent several days there and then headed over the pass to Connie's son's home in Entiat, Washington. On Saturday we went river rafting on the Wenatchee. On Sunday (Mother's Day) we all went out for Sunday brunch. We spent the week at Brian's place and then on Saturday headed over the pass back to Western Washington. We attended a wedding on Saturday afternoon and then attended the Whirlybirds 50th anniversary dance. They had a huge crowd and two callers. We're hanging out in the Everett area waiting to leave for our trip to Europe.

NOTE: WE WILL BE IN EUROPE FROM MAY 22ND UNTIL JUNE 20TH. WE HOPE TO POST TO THE BLOG WHILE THERE. WE WILL DEFINITELY POST WHEN WE RETURN. SO WISH US WELL ON OUR TRAVELS!!!
