Fall in Wenatchee

This past Tuesday we went to watch Hudson, our grandson, get his first haircut. He is pretty good and now looks so much more like a boy. We babysit him occasionally. He is crawling and is getting his two front bottom teeth.

Over the weekend of October 31 and November 1 and 2nd we went to Vancouver, Washington. We attended a plus level square dance with two great callers. We danced Friday night, twice during the day on Saturday, Saturday night, and Sunday morning. It's 300 miles each way. We were wondering why we were tired on Monday.

Last Friday we drove to Everett. We had dinner with our grandson, Cody, and his girlfriend. He is doing good - can't believe how muscular he is. He is a senior and we're really hoping that he will graduate. That night we stayed at a friend's home in Seattle. Saturday morning I participated in our girls walking group. We almost didn't walk because it was so rainy. There are 6 members of our group and we had 5 on Saturday. We walked for about an hour through Discovery Park. The sun was out by the time we finished. This group is made up of former Federal Home Loan Bank employees. We all worked together at one time, but now only 1 of the 6 works at the bank.

I've been working out quite a bit at the WRAC - Wenatchee Racket and Athletic Club. I've been doing a yoga class two days a week, a functional core class one day, group power (a weight lifting class) two days a week, plus doing some hikes up the hill.
