Happy New Year - 2011

We ended 2010 by attending a dinner with our square dance club and then onto a square dance. The weather has been cold - 20 degrees during the day, but no new snow.

We started the year by doing a short snowshoe near Leavenworth. It was mighty chilly. Sunday, the 2nd, we went with Brian, Toddi, Hudson, Michelle, and Nichole to go sledding at Squilchuck State Park. It was cold and fun. We all took turns riding down with Hudson. No kiddie hill for him. After sledding we went into the day lodge at the park where they had a very nice fire going. We warmed up in front of the fire with hot chocolate that Brian and Toddi had brought. After warming up everyone headed home. It was time for Hudson to go home and take his nap. It was time for us to get into the hot tub!
