Herbert Bagley and Maria Carter annulment

Finally, after one year and lots of effort put forth by my brother an annulment has been granted in the marriage of my father, Herbert Bagley, and Maria (Mary) Isabel Carter. My dad has severe dementia/alzheimers.  When we moved him to the assisted living facility at Garnet in Casa Grande, AZ in January of 2013 we thought our problems were solved.  He had been getting lost and having other issues with his memory.  Little did we know about the woman who would be his neighbor.  Within 2 months of meeting my dad she convinced him to get married. Within 3 days all of my dad's money had been moved to her bank account.  Luckily my brother was able to get it back by using his power of attorney for dad.  The annulment case was decided in Pinal County, Arizona. Below is a picture of dad taken with great grandson, Hudson.  Taken about 5 1/2 years ago.
